Hacker News is hosting a series of articles about getting computers to do stuff on your PC.
For now, this is the first of two articles about how to get an Intel Core i7-4790K to run the popular Chrome OS browser on an Intel-based Mac.
The article in question is titled, How to install Chrome OS on an i7 with Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 CPU.
You’ll need a Mac running OS X 10.8, OS X Lion 10.11, or OS X Yosemite 10.10.
It’s not a perfect article, and it’s still very new, but if you’re on an existing Mac and want to try it out, it’s definitely worth it.
